Whilst we love to hire directly, we recognize that there are certain instances where we need a little more specialist help. In these circumstances, we work in close partnership with a very select number of recruitment suppliers who truly understand Gecko’s business, our fantastic culture, and vision and are therefore able to represent our business to individuals looking for career opportunities. To ensure that this process is effectively managed, we have a preferred supplier list of recruitment partners who can support our resourcing requirements, either geographically or by specialist area.
At present, we are not looking for any additional suppliers to add to our preferred supplier list. However, if you wish to make a formal introduction, our preferred communication method is by email to our recruitment team (hireme@geckoengage.com) outlining your terms, areas of expertise, and geographical coverage. We will keep your details on file and, should we need additional suppliers, we will contact you accordingly.
Please note that we prefer not to receive speculative agency telephone approaches and we will not accept unsolicited CV’s or applications from suppliers not currently on our preferred supplier list. We respectfully request that hiring managers are not approached directly either; all contact must come via our Recruitment Team. We also reserve the right to add candidate details from unsolicited CV’s sent by none-PSL agencies to our own candidate database, with no obligation to the agency concerned.
