GeckoEngage Partners with WCTC
Student engagement technology specialist GeckoEngage today announced that the latest higher education institution to sign up to its software platform is Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC).
With more than 20,000 students and a main campus in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, WCTC has chosen the GeckoChat and GeckoBot modules of the GeckoEngage platform to facilitate 24/7 engagement on its website.
Students and prospective students will automatically be fielded to the correct teams on the basis of their questions during office hours, with GeckoBot kicking in to respond to frequently asked questions out of hours.
