We want to share with you our rationale behind the rebrand, and what the changes represent about Gecko and our community.
The technology that Gecko offers has grown substantially over the past few years, but the way we talk about it hasn’t. Some people might think we’re just a chatbot company, or a data capture product – it’s created confusion (even internally).
Ultimately, we’re a technology partner – most of Gecko’s clients started their partnership with us by solving one challenge often requiring one technology, for example, a chatbot. However, the value in working with Gecko is that when your needs change (as they always do) we’ve got 7 technologies for you to grow into, with more being added every year. This is what makes Gecko unique.
Our client’s value having a partner like Gecko, it’s like having 7 vendors all in one, with a single login that gives them the ability to advance how technology improves the way they engage with students, helping them do more of the work in less time.
We believe these changes in visual identity and voice accurately depict who we are, at our core as a team and as a company.
We have raised our expectations because we want to deliver more. More time, more capacity, more technology. For you. By that, we mean that we believe in innovation, customer commitment, and curiosity, really.
